Commitments

• Time Commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per month, to include:
  • Serve a board term of 3 years
  • Attend board meetings every other month (one in person, the rest via video calls)
  • Actively participate on at least one board committee
  • Participate in an in-person board strategy session
  • Attend the annual Community Impact Awards reception
• Fundraising: Each board member is expected to make a meaningful personal donation annually and contribute to fundraising efforts by introducing potential donors and sponsors to CFJ.
• Advocacy & Engagement: Actively engage in CFJ’s initiatives, including site visits to CFJ’s projects, and provide input on strategies and initiatives to further CFJ’s mission.
